- Julianna Carneiro and Fernando Cassio join the lab as exchange scholars from Brazil.

- Prof. da Rocha receives NSF grant to develop pMDI formulations for delivering nanotherapeutics to and through the lungs. (link)

- Parthiban Selvam has moved to UT Austin as a post-doctoral scholar. Congratulations Parthi!                                          

 2008

- Prof. da Rocha  and Maik Huttemann are working on a treatment for lung cancer using gene therapy with support from The Lung Cancer Research Foundation. (link)

- Prof. da Rocha has received financial support from MUCI for investigating a novel  nanoparticle-based oral inhalation formulations.
